Martin Brundle is prepared for a celebrity onslaught on the grid for the Miami Grand Prix. The Sky Sports pundit has often been snubbed when asking for an interview with a celebrity on the grid, yet he expected to get away with it this weekend in Miami.

Why Brundle thought he'd get away with it

Formula 1 now visits the United States three times per year, and they often interest plenty of celebrities from around the world. The former driver has been turned down, ignored and pushed away from interviews during his famous grid walk. But going into the weekend, Brundle thought all of the interest would lie with the Las Vegas Grand Prix later in the season.

"We've got 50-odd pages of celebrities. Some of them will actually turn up and go on the grid, I'm sure. That's quite interesting because I thought they would all abandon and just do Las Vegas. This event's really grown well. Year three, and they're doing a great job," Brundle said on Sky Sports.
