Una bandiera rossa ha interrotto la sessione mattutina di test e la FIA ha deciso di eliminare la pausa pranzo. Per quasi un'ora e mezza, i piloti di Formula 1 non hanno potuto provare le auto in pista perché un tombino posto su uno dei cordoli è stato staccato da Sergio Perez. Il web ha individuato ormai un pattern, visto che è la terza volta che succede una cosa simile.
