Nico Rosberg has faith in his old teammate. According to him Hamilton will win the world championship. The last time the Brit lost was against Rosberg in 2016. Drivers Nico Hulkenberg and Christian Klien join Sky's analysts. They too are behind Verstappen in the battle for the title. Technical director of Alpine, Marcin Budkowski, also has confidence in the Dutchman.
Mercedes has a head start in the race
Frederica Masolin, presenter for Italy's Sky Sports, thinks the seven-time World Champion will take his eighth title in Abu Dhabi. According to her colleague, Verstappen will never win another championship if he does not take victory this weekend.
According to Sir Jackie Stewart, Hamilton has the advantage. "I have a feeling Mercedes has an edge in pace over the race. I would like to see a change but I feel its with Lewis and Mercedes."
