Update | Stroll and Tsunoda get away with reprimand after FP2 incidents

Tsunoda must report to FIA

The first driver to have to report is Yuki Tsunoda. This is because during FP2, the AlphaTauri driver drove in the way of Charles Leclerc, who was on a fast lap on the soft tires. The Ferrari driver complained on the on-board radio. Tsunoda himself was working on a longrun and therefore drove slower over the track than his colleague.

Stroll to the stewards as well

However, Tsunoda himself was also driven into the road by Lance Stroll. The Canadian will therefore have to report to the FIA, just like the Japanese. So it will be a busy evening for the drivers and the stewards. The drivers have to report at 19:45, so at 17:45 Dutch time.

Update | Reprimand for Stroll and Tsunoda

Stroll and Tsunoda are lucky, as the two drivers will receive only a reprimand for the incidents during the second practice session. During the 2022 season, the rules around reprimands have been changed so that a driver now only receives a grid penalty for five reprimands. Last season it was three.
