Hamilton removes any doubt: "I'm definitely out of the championship"

Every lap of the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix will have been one too many for Lewis Hamilton, who fell short of 14th place after a disasterous race. He says he wants to put the weekend behind him quickly.
After Toto Wolff apologised to Hamilton for "the material he had to drive with," the Briton did not hold back when asked about his reaction. "The car was the worst so far," he declared to Sky Sports.
Hamilton despondent
Asked if an earlier pit stop would have made a difference in his attempts to get to the front, he answered in the negative. "I don't know, not much difference pitting earlier. A weekend to forget that's for sure," he continued.
If there was any doubt left about his title chances, Hamilton says it has now been completely removed. "I am out of the championship for sure, there's no question about that. I will still keep working as hard as I can and try and somehow pull it back together somehow," Hamilton added.
