Additional repairs for Verstappen: 'Not the best time for Red Bull'
- GPblog.com
Red Bull Racing was forced to modify some parts of Max Verstappen's rear wing after his DRS system did not function properly during qualifying. According to Sky Sports, the problems may not have been completely fixed yet and further tinkering with the RB18 continued on Sunday morning.
"They had to make more changes to the rear wing itself," Ted Kravitz reports. "It's not Red Bull's finest hour having this big a change so close to the start of the race."

According to Kravitz, the team had to "employ some robust ways" of fixing the wing, sanding carbon fiber and painting it with black paint spray before they put it back on.
"Again, if it's Sunday morning we're having problems with Verstappen's DRS," Kravitz said. However, Jos Verstappen reported during the preview at Viaplay that Red Bull Racing would have fixed the problems.
