Max Verstappen convincingly won the race weekend in Azerbaijan last weekend. The Dutchman thus increased his lead in the world championship, which he now stands at a considerable distance. Nevertheless, Jos Verstappen still sees room for improvement.

Red Bull Racing benefited significantly from the retirement of Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz. Indeed, the Austrian racing team subsequently had no problems with the other teams on the track and captured the first and second places. Jos continues to Verstappen.com, he insists on improvements.

"The only thing that’s still lacking is qualifying," he states. "Saturday you could see the frustration during the post-session interview because it’s not going yet like he wants it to. Last weekend Leclerc started the race from pole position, but in the first corner he lost his lead. Sergio Perez saw space and decided to take advantage of it. The Monegasque lost second place in the world championship to Perez, while George Russell is closing in.
