In the new F1 game, instead of being the driver, you take on the role of the team boss. It is up to you to take charge. In doing so, you are given various tools to make your team stronger in the long run. At the start of your career, some values are already determined for you (these values may change in a future update).

The value of a team is divided into several categories. First of all there is the performance of the car, but also the quality of the staff and the headquarters. Each team is also measured financially, with the grades low, medium and high for your starting balance. Check out the numbers below.

Verstappen and Hamilton share the honour

In addition to the teams, the drivers also play an important role. During your career you can eventually draw up contracts for new drivers yourself, but at the start of your career you have to make do with the drivers on the team. It is therefore useful to see if your team has a strong line-up.

F1 Manager 2022 takes a different approach to Codemasters' F1 22 game. Here Max Verstappen is not alone at the top, but the combined driver statistics still make him equal as a driver to Hamilton. Both have an overall rating of 90.
