F1 boss confirms: Dutch GP moved next season
- GPblog.com
The Dutch Grand Prix will take place a week earlier than the past two editions, Formula 1 boss Stefano Domenicali told De Telegraaf. As expected, the race in 2023 will be held on August 27.
The past two years the event took place after the Belgian GP, but that is different this coming race year. The Belgian race weekend is expected to take place in July, giving the Netherlands the space to host the race weekend a week earlier.
"It is great to see the enthusiasm, the excitement and also the respect of the fans in Holland. We are looking forward to being back here next year right after the summer break," Domenicali told the Dutch media.
F1-baas Domenicali bevestigt: Dutch Grand Prix in 2023 direct ná de zomerstop. Dat zal dus 27 augustus worden.
