Perez wants to give his all in last races: 'Analysed what's been going on'

Sergio Perez has had a difficult few weeks. The gap towards teammate Max Verstappen seems to have grown bigger, but the Mexican is motivated to finish the season on a high.
Perez is currently third in the drivers' championship, just nine points clear of Charles Leclerc in second place. With six races to go, anything is still possible in the championship for the Red Bull Racing driver.
"It is great to be back in Singapore, the track is very demanding both mentally and physically. We have had a little bit of a break which was good after the triple header and now we are massively looking forward to the rest of the season", Perez says in Red Bull's press release.
Perez hopes to finish season strongly
Whereas Perez sometimes seemed more comfortable in the RB18 than Verstappen at the start of the season, that difference is now reversed. Perez is almost nowhere near the Dutchman in both qualifying and racing. Still, the Mexican thinks he can come back strongly now that he has had time to analyse the data from the past races.
"It is going to be very important to make sure we put everything together for the final six races of the season and get as many points as possible. It has been a good time to analyse what has been going on in the last few races and we have a pretty good idea where to go to get back on track", says the Mexican.
