Leclerc loses second place after five-second time penalty

Charles Leclerc crossed the finish line second in the Japanese Grand Prix. The Ferrari driver struggled incredibly in the last 10 minutes on his intermediates, but he managed to keep Sergio Perez just behind. However, that did not happen regulation-wise and so the Red Bull Racing driver moved up to P2.
