Marko reveals: 'Talked to Vettel about Red Bull management role'

Sebastian Vettel could not say much about his future after the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. He will be considering his future in the near future. The German may have quit as a driver, but he may soon return to Formula 1.
Motorsport-Total reveals that there has been a conversation between Red Bull Racing's Helmut Marko and Vettel, in which the possibilty of a management position at the Austrian team was discussed. As is well known, Vettel had his biggest successes at Red Bull. "It is not out of the question that he will return to a top management position," said adviser Marko. "I am also almost 80. It would be something!"
Conversation
On Saturday night in Abu Dhabi, the conversation was between Vettel and the Red Bull Racing bosses (team boss Christian Horner and Marko). What started as a cosy chat ended in a serious conversation about a top job at Max Verstappen's racing team. According to Marko, the first thing is to wait until Vettel is clear on what he wants to do in the future, and from there Red Bull will see what happens next.
Both Horner and Marko tell the website they expect Vettel to be "extremely good" in a management role. When asked, Vettel revealed that he has not yet decided what he wants to do now. The German says an exciting period awaits him.
