Charles Leclerc is delighted with claiming his second top ten start of the season following Saturday's qualifying.

Sauber driver Leclerc has impressed massively with his driving this season.

Such good performances have attracted attention from the likes of Ferrari and there are rumours that Leclerc could replace Kimi Raikkonen next season.

Leclerc was on the pace all weekend and placed a staggering seventh placed finish earlier in the final practice of the day on Friday.

He then ensured that he will start in ninth place on the grid on Saturday with a very mature performance.

Leclerc praised the team's effort to get inside the top ten, but admits all his focus is now on today's race as he looks for a fourth top ten finish in a row.

The Sauber driver picked up points in the Canadian, French and Austrian Grand Prix and is looking to do the same at Silverstone in the blistering heat.

"I am very happy to have finished qualifying in Q3 again," Leclerc said.

"This is great for the entire team, and it was a strong team effort.

"Now, we must focus on the race, and continue working the same way to have a good finish tomorrow.

"That is what will count in the end. Thank you to the team for today, and I look forward to being back in the car tomorrow.
