Vettel: 'I'm going to miss that adrenaline rush'

Sebastian Vettel thought it was time to leave Formula 1. The 35-year-old driver has had a brilliant career, and will now spend his time mostly with his family. That being said, he will miss certain elements of Formula 1.
At Motorsport Week the German let slip that he will miss the adrenaline rush. "The peak of the adrenaline was/is always Suzuka, because the track really shows the most the cars can deliver and made me feel most alive compared to, let’s say, maybe other tracks."
Vettel will not sit still
“So yeah, I will miss that and that will be impossible to replace. I can do lots of other things and I have lots of opportunities, probably" said the four-time world champion.
When and if we will see the German back in his racing suit again remains the question for now. Initially, it seemed to be the case that we would hear nothing from Vettel for the time being. But, since he's been on Instagram and spreading awareness for the climate and other causes, it appears he won't stay quiet. He will continue to use his platform.
“I think it’s something we’ll ultimately have to learn to deal with and find something else to maybe replace that in a little way. So we’ll see."
