Brown not worried about losing Norris: 'I'm convinced'

Lando Norris showed in recent seasons in Formula 1 that he has a lot of talent. The Briton is therefore reportedly in Red Bull Racing's interest to make the switch within a few seasons. Zak Brown does not fear the alleged interest, he told The Mirror.
Brown understands well where the interest is coming from. Whereas Daniel Ricciardo carried the most experience in the last two seasons, it was Norris who twice managed to finish higher in the world championship. According to Brown, it says everything about Norris' qualities.
Brown wants to be successful with Norris
That Norris is stuck with McLaren until the end of 2025 gives Brown the space to develop the car further. Indeed, the McLaren CEO is certain that both will have a successful future. "I'm convinced we're going to give him a winning car," he states.
"We have a long-term contract with him. I think he feels very comfortable within the team." Brown therefore wants to focus on growing McLaren rather than looking at other teams. "I think it'd be early to be worried about it," he says.
