Why is Red Bull so good? 'Team has smoothed out problems in all areas'

Before Dan Fallows made the move to Aston Martin, the British engineer worked for Red Bull Racing for several years. Fallows can pinpoint the exact reasons why the team is so good.
At the start of 2022, Fallows switched to Aston Martin to take on the role of technical director. Before that, he had worked for Red Bull's team since 2006, where he was promoted to head of aerodynamics in recent years.
Former Red Bull head proud of successes
Fallows therefore knows what it is like to work for a team that is world champion. "There are a number of reasons why Red Bull Racing is good. Over the years they have smoothed out problems in all areas of the team, whether it was in the team, on the track, in the Formula One factory or in the design office", the engineer is quoted by Speedweek.com.
The 49-year-old Briton continues: "A lot of the success is due to the fact that they didn't have significant weaknesses in any area of the team. In many ways I am proud to have played a part in that success on the technical side. They are an incredibly strong team and I was able to experience there what it takes to win Grands Prix and World titles."
Fallows hopes to be just as successful at Aston Martin. In the winter before the 2022 season, the Briton was not yet involved in the development of the AMR22. For 2023, Aston Martin hopes to take the next step with Fallows at the helm. In any case, the team's ambition will not be lacking. It is working hard to build a new factory and the team has managed to bring in Fernando Alonso for 2023.
