Horner looked around: 'Some are using our ideology'

Christian Horner is proud of the work his team has done over the winter. Indeed, the Red Bull Racing team boss says things are looking good and can tell from the feedback given by Max Verstappen after the first session of F1 winter testing.
The 2023 F1 winter tests in Bahrain are in full swing, with Verstappen taking over for Red Bull throughout the day. After the morning session, the drivers could count on some rest and the findings were discussed in detail. Horner spoke to Sky Sports during the resumption of the test day. In that interview, the Brit sounded positive about the start.
Verstappen is already concerned with details
"It's been a solid first session. It's an evolution from the RB18, the RB19 adapting to these new regulations. The team have done a tremendous job over the winter." Horner sees that some teams have used the winning 2022 RB18 as an example for the new 2023 car. Horner: "There are some interesting concepts, a lot are variants on a theme. Some have converged to our ideology."
According to general feedback from two-time world champion Verstappen, the RB19 seems to be doing well. Horner: "Max is into the detail which is a positive sign. no fundamental floors with the car and now it's getting to know the car and we will only see next weekend how competitive we are." Horner concluded by confirming that there are no porpoising problems at the team either. The team did not suffer from that last year either, so there were no concerns for this year either.
