These are the updates from Red Bull, Mercedes and Ferrari for Baku

With the exception of McLaren, there do not seem to be any teams with major upgrades or changes for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix. The teams are of course taking 'circuit-specific' updates. Of the top teams, Red Bull Racing has been the busiest says the documents from the FIA.
Indeed, the team of Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez has made five notable updates to the RB19 for the Azerbaijan race. To improve the car's cooling, the sidepod inlet has been modified, as a result the engine cover also had to be changed and at the rear of the car an upright wing has been split in two.
Red Bull opts for most updates
Red Bull has also changed two points of the floor to slightly improve performance of the car. These are minor changes to the edges and ends of the floor. Compared to Red Bull, Ferrari is taking it easy. The Scuderia only changes the rear wing, opting to reduce downforce.
Mercedes is also making some adjustments, but not as many as Red Bull. Mercedes makes updates to the ends of the rear wing and to some smaller raised wings at the corners of the W14. The front suspension also gets an update. Aston Martin, like Ferrari, is also only making changes to the rear wing. That new wing has smaller 'wing elements' on top.
