Formula E qualifying in Jakarta: Günther on pole again
Maximilian Günther took his form from the 10th round in Jakarta to the 11th. There too, the German-Austrian driver ensured pole position.
Günther won every drive in qualifying. In the final, the Maserati MSG driver was unstoppable and managed to pass his teammate Edoardo Mortara and reigning champion Stoffel Vandoorne with relative ease.
Dennis vs Günther
Same duo as yesterday: Jake Dennis and Günther were (like Saturday morning) in the final and although the Maserati driver only achieved his first Julius Baer Pole Position yesterday, he made it two in a row in Jakarta. A whopping 0.585 seconds faster than Dennis, Günther is the first driver with a consecutive pole since Dennis did so in London last year.
The race in Jakarta starts at 09:00 am UK time. See the race's starting grid here.
