Leclerc on uncooperative car: 'We are having a harder time than expected'
Charles Leclerc is not really happy with the car he is currently in. The Monegasque qualified nineteenth and was forced to start from the pit lane during the Spanish Grand Prix. The Ferrari driver told a press briefing where GPblog was present, among others, that the car does not really feel good yet.
Leclerc not super happy
"It's very, very difficult. As soon as the wind changes slightly, we've got a car that still changes quite a lot, so it's very tricky," Leclerc says.
The Ferrari driver cannot yet enjoy his car to the full. "It's not like I've got understeer in the car and I can say, 'OK, this is a very understeery car', I've got understeer on one tyre, and then you get again on the same hard. And you've also got a very oversteery balance, and as a driver, you just do exactly the same thing. So it's just inconsistencies."
