Norris looks ahead to GP Canada: 'Fun to race there, I'm looking forward to it'
- Toby McLuskie
McLaren driver Lando Norris has not had a great season so far. The Englishman will try to make a comeback. Next weekend, F1 drivers will appear on the grid at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. A great opportunity for the McLaren driver to make a comeback.
"I’m looking forward to getting back racing in Canada. Spain was a tough race but there was a lot to take away for both me and the team including the positive of Saturday’s P3 in quali," Norris told McLaren's press release about next weekend in North America.
Norris has fun
In the Spanish Grand Prix, the Briton still finished 17th, but despite the disappointment, Norris is keen to get behind the wheel again.
"With a week off from racing following a double-header I’ve been back at the MTC with my engineers in preparation for this weekend. Circuit Gilles Villeneuve can be challenging with its heavy-braking chicanes, but it can also be a lot of fun to race. I’m excited for it, and hopefully we can score some points," Norris said.
