Charles Leclerc was not a happy man after he was knocked in Q2, finishing in P11. While he told his team over the radio that he wants to switch for soft tyres, Ferrari were late to act. On the other hand, the Monegasque driver might start from the Top 10 if penalties are handed out by the stewards.

Leclerc was not content and made it clear in his post-qualifying interview. "I mean, clearly I asked for something and we didn't go for it and we are just making our life very difficult I think, so I'll have to speak with the team to improve because we always seem to be on the wrong side on that and I had a strong opinion, I made it clear and we went for something else," the Ferrari driver told Viaplay.

Moreover, it is not the first time this season that this happened to Leclerc and underlined that he will speak to his team about the incident. "So now, I don't know, I'll speak with them but obviously it's another very frustrating session," he continued.

"Having said that, it's not an excuse because there are other drivers that have done the same plan and went to Q3 but we are just making our life way too difficult," Leclerc concluded.
