Hamilton to report to stewards before first free practice
The home weekend for Lewis Hamilton at Silverstone did not get off to an ideal start. On Thursday, the day when drivers give interviews to the media and answer questions in the press conference, among other things, the seven-time world champion was late to the latter. For this, the team of the Briton will have to pay a visit to the stewards on Friday.
It is obviously no big deal, but as still a team representative has to report to the FIA stewards at 11:15 am local time today. The Mercedes driver could face a light sanction such as a reprimand or a (suspended) fine. It is likely that it will have no consequences for Hamilton's race.
