Formula One return for Ricciardo looms "Haven't said that in a while'

As already known, Daniel Ricciardo new seat belonged to Dutch Nyck de Vries. The former AlphaTauri driver underperformed and had to make way for Red Bull reserve driver Ricciardo. The good-humoured Australian wants to command a place alongside Max Verstappen in the Red Bull for the 2024 season. So it will be an important comeback for the 34-year-old driver from Perth.
"Race week. Haven't said that in a while. Cool," Ricciardo wrote on Twitter. AlphaTauri also posted a picture on Instagram in which we see Ricciardo in an AlphaTauri racing suit for the first time. That the driver has managed to amass an impressive track record is well known.
Ricciardo recently mentioned that the first thing he did in Budapest was to just have fun and use the right pedal more often than the left. Lawson was also initially named among the candidates to replace De Vries, but he continues to drive in Super Formula in Japan. He is at peace with it, he told me recently.
Race week. Haven’t said that in a while. Cool.
