Max Verstappen overwhelmingly won the Belgian Grand Prix. The Red Bull driver started from P6 but finished first, more than 20 seconds ahead of teammate Sergio Perez who started from P2. Former Williams manager Peter Windsor saw a "masterclass" from the Dutchman, he says on his YouTube channel.

Windsor saw that the Grand Prix still started hopeful for the Mexican. "He blasted past Charles Leclerc. This was an opportunity for Perez to win a race. The Briton was almost short of words to describe the Dutchman's race. "It was a clinical masterclass. He was sublime in sector two."

On his teammate, the F1 analyst was less enthusiastic:"Yes, you could say that he drove a good race, and was back on the podium, but he was just blown away by Verstappen." Windsor noted that Verstappen's engineer told him to save his tyres more. "He was laughing in the car because he was thinking, 'I'm already saving them!'"

It is now summer break. The two-time world champion leads the world championship by 125 points over his teammate and nearest rival, Perez.
