The Singapore Grand Prix weekend could feature rain at various points. The forecast warns of potential thunderstorms on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but the percentage of precipitation is around the 50% mark. It's also unclear when exactly the rain will fall. Formula 1 teams and drivers are just coming off the back of a very wet European season and could find more rain during the start of the flyaways. Rain feature in most European race weekends. The Belgian Grand Prix lived up to its recent reputation with a mix of wet/dry conditions. Similar wet/dry conditions were experienced in the Netherlands. What is the weather forecast for the Singapore Grand Prix weekend?

According to weather.com, there is a 54% chance of rain during the night. Temperatures are set to remain high even after sunset. The first practice could remain dry as it starts at 17:30 local time, but things could change for FP2 at 21:00 local time. It's a traditional Formula 1 weekend, so there will be one more practice before qualifying on Saturday. The conditions remain similar, with a 45% chance of rain and thunderstorms into the night. 

On Sunday, everything remains the same again. There is a chance of a thunderstorm into the night, with a 51% chance of rain. When it rains in Singapore, it comes down heavy. We can expect a lot of weather watching this weekend.
