Internet reacts to Leclerc's pole: 'Will be eight exciting opening laps'
- GPblog.com
Charles Leclerc can still do it, even if it took a little help from Max Verstappen. But rules are rules: Verstappen went off track, his time was taken away and so Ferrari' s Monegasque could celebrate his little party. Leclerc will start Sunday's US Grand Prix from the first starting spot. On X - formerly known as Twitter - there were congratulations for Leclerc. But will he also win the race?
Whether the answer to that question is positive, not everyone is sure!
ooh, that’ll make the first eight laps of the Grand Prix on Sunday very exciting, until Verstappen takes the lead and runs off into the sunset. #F1 https://t.co/iyrMFrwTCT

With Max Verstappen only in sixth place, Mercedes also has every hope of victory. The German team has already held secret consultations on how to help Hamilton to victory. There are pictures of that!
