In terms of updates, there is little news at the Mexican Grand Prix. In terms of engine and gearbox parts used, there is also little of note. So for now, that means no grid penalties for the Formula 1 drivers at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez.
No grid penalties in Mexican GP for now
A number of drivers are already over the maximum number of engines allowed for the 2023 F1 season: Sergio Perez, Guanyu Zhou, Kevin Magnussen and Nico Hulkenberg. For the Mexico GP, no new grid penalties appear to have been added as yet. A few are driving with a new power unit part, but these come from the pool they have at their disposal.

New gearbox for McLaren, AlphaTauri and Williams
A few have already collected a grid penalty for changing to a fifth gearbox: Max Verstappen, Kevin Magnussen and Nico Hulkenberg. In Mexico, the drivers of McLaren, Williams and AlphaTauri will get a new gearbox, but that will not yet land them a grid penalty.
