It's a sprint weekend so teams will only have 60 minutes of practice before going into parc ferme for qualifying. According to weather.com, thunderstorms will be developing in the afternoon and there is a 90% chance of rain. Very high. The exact times of the rain fall are not yet certain, but with practice 1 starting at 11:30 and qualifying at 15:00 (local time), it seems like rain could pose a threat.

Sprint Saturday isn't much different. There is a 66% chance of rain during the day with winds between 10-15mph. Sprint races have always been very entertaining in Brazil, and the weather could turn this year's into choas.
