German broadcaster ARD has announced that on 28 December, one day ten years after Michael Schumacher's skiing accident, they are coming out with a new documentary series: 'Being Michael Schumacher.' In the five-part series, filmmaker Andreas Troll goes through the life of the German.

Although little is yet known about the content of the film, Schumacher's career seems to be at the forefront. How it all started at the go-kart track in Kerpen to his seventh world title, but also how Schumacher would fare now and what happened during the accident.

Previous documentary

Back in 2021, Netflix released a documentary about Schumacher. In the film, which carries the German's surname, his wife Corinna Schumacher gave a small update on how the former driver is doing now. She indicated that he is undergoing rehabilitation for the injuries he sustained. "He's different, but here,'' Corinna told Netflix cameras.

Lawyer understands fans

This news comes just over a week after Felix Damm, Schumacher's lawyer, had told fans that consideration had been given to publishing a "final report" on Michael's health. Damm understands that fans of Schumacher want to know more about his condition but also feels that his personal protection is necessary.
