do it in a rush, care more about the side events than the actual race, have a manhole cover fail, affect the locals by opening the road for them 2 hours later than expected, kick out the fans who were actually interested in f1

ok so let me recap
- loose manhole cover destroys 2 cars
- fp1 cancelled after 9 minutes
- fp2 delayed until 2am
- fans kicked out before fp2
- driver with a destroyed car gets penalised for fixing the bits f1 broke
- fp2 delayed for an extra 15 minutes with no set start time
