Horner warns: 'Can improve many things from RB19'

After a year in which record after record in Formula 1 fell at the hands of Max Verstappen and Red Bull Racing, it is considered almost impossible for the Austrian team to achieve such a feat again. Verstappen expects the competition to be closer in 2024, but team boss Christian Horner, at the same time, sees a lot of areas for improvement in the RB19.
Horner sees areas for improvement to supreme RB19
"The team has been evolving and evolving," Horner said in front of GPblog and others. "We're always in pursuit of perfection and always looking to improve. So there's many things we can improve on from this season with the RB19 that's the most successful car in the history of Formula One. Now there's things that we can make better that we can improve on. I think it's that determination just to keep evolving, keep improving is what drives the whole team forward."
Meanwhile, the Red Bull team boss is amazed every time by his star driver's achievements. "He just continues to hit new levels and I think the only damage that he did this year was driving out the garage in Silverstone and clipping the front wing," Horner recalled.
"It's just phenomenal the heights that he's hit. The consistency. Some of the races even with adversity coming from the back of the grid after issues in qualifying. There's been some stunning performances this year and he just continues to raise the bar and it's just great to see how he works with the team with his engineering team. Everybody's just got that same hunger and desire and of course Max is leading that from the front, from behind the wheel," Horner said.
