Max Verstappen took part in another virtual race, this time at the Nürburgring circuit. In a three-hour race, he and teammate Max Wenig competed against several teams. Victory seemed close.

On Saturday, Max Verstappen took time out again to compete in the DNLS, the Digital Nürburgring Langstrecken Series, on behalf of his Team Redline. After taking victory in December and pole for this race as well, it seemed like he would take victory again. But nothing could be further from the truth. At one point, Verstappen had to defend his position. While doing so, the stewards noticed he was moving under braking. The Dutchman, along with his teammate Max Wenig fell back to sixth place.

Real Racers Never Quit

Earlier in February, Verstappen also won a Real Racers Never Quit championship race. He didn't get the championship despite winning three of the six races.
