Hülkenberg fan of American races in F1: 'They bring spectacle'
The weekend of the Las Vegas Grand Prix was undoubtedly the most talked about weekend of the past season. From a loose manhole cover to an uncomfortable situation with Perez next to a singer. And from FP2 with no fans to an exciting race with plenty of overtaking. At least Haas driver Nico Hulkenberg is a fan of American GPs.
"They bring spectacle to the calendar," the German driver commented in the preview of the new season. "I think every race is really different and unique and also the American races all feel very different, they all have their own character and it's cool that they are all different. I personally like them a lot."
Hülkenberg happy with Las Vegas Grand Prix
"Miami was the first time for me last year and that was fun," the F1 driver continued. "Las Vegas was also great for me, especially after. When I had some time to process everything, I was like 'wow', that was really special and cool to be part of, so I'm looking forward to doing them all again this year."
Hulkenberg will drive all US Grands Prix together with teammate Kevin Magnussen in the VF-24, the first Grand Prix of the season is on 2 March. Then Magnussen and Hulkenberg will have a shot at the points.
