Max Verstappen won the sprint race in China but not everything was smooth. The Dutchman ran into a problem, resulting in an angry message over the team radio. The Dutchman also had to start from P4 so needed to make some overtakes.

In the sprint shootout on Friday, Max Verstappen failed to set a perfect lap. As a result, he had to start the sprint race from fourth place. Problems for Verstappen in China
