Ferrari have announced that they will run the Miami Grand Prix with a blue car. The Italian car brand will celebrate 70 years in the United States, and the Italian Scuderia plans to celebrate in a big way with a special livery. Ostensibly, the car will remain mostly red, but will get quite a few shades of blue.

Blue Ferrari on the grid?

The livery of the car should resemble how it looked in the early days of Formula 1. The Italian medium reports that two shades of blue will be used in Ferrari's livery. Azzuro La Plata and Azzuro Dino, those are the names of the two shades of blue that will be used.

The former is a lighter blue and Azzuro Dino is a bit darker. Blue also used to be the colour of the uniforms worn by employees at Maranello. Exactly what the car will look like is not yet known, but that will probably be announced soon ahead of the Miami Grand Prix.
