Monaco FP3 full results | Leclerc gives Verstappen the edge
The third free practice for the Monaco Grand Prix was another session that was dominated by Charles Leclerc. Although Max Verstappen finished just under two-tenths behind, the Ferrari driver led from the front and is favourite for pole position. The third practice session was interrupted when Valtteri Bottas caused a red flag. During the session, several drivers shot straight across the track, causing frequent yellow flags in the relevant sectors.
Although Verstappen finished in P2, there were still a couple of problems for the Dutchman. His teammate Sergio Perez was also struggling greatly. Behind Leclerrc and Ferrari are the McLarens and also the Mercedes', who look like they have some pace around the streets of the principality. Leclerc was on top for a long time during FP3 in Monaco. It promises to be an exciting qualifying session on Saturday.
