Lando Norris reveals tattoo plans: 'Don't tell my mum'
Lando Norris could be found at the Champion's League final this weekend in London. In an interview shared on Instagram with Pitstopnic, he shared McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown's tattoo plans to honour Norris' maiden win. The Brit then revealed that he will also be getting a tattoo to remember the day.
Following Daniel Ricciardo's Monza win in 2021, Brown commemorated the occassion by getting a tattoo on his arm. This was the first win for McLaren since 2012. Now, following Norris' maiden win Miami, the CEO confirmed to Sky Sports F1 that he is set to do the same again.
Norris secured his maiden win at the start of May in Miami, after 15 podiums and 110 races. This was the first win for the team since 2021. Since then, Norris has proved his potential to win again, after finishing second in Imola less than a second behind race winner Max Verstappen.
'Don't tell my mum'
In his interview, Norris also confirmed the news: "I think he's planning on getting it. I think it might be the other arm, or it might be underneath, I'm not sure." Nevertheless, it seems he won't be getting one for Oscar Piastri's first race win, with Norris confirming this will be the "final one" for Brown.
In a turn of events, the British driver also revealed that he will "be getting one as well." This will be Norris' first tattoo, to which he joked "don't tell my mum." For fans, they will have to wait for the reveal, with the McLaren driver keeping shut about what it is he is getting. "It's a secret. If you see it, you see it," he replied.
