A renewed hope for racing | How the internet reacted to the 2026 F1 car
On Thursday afternoon, 6 June, the FIA released the first images of the 2026 F1 car. The new car will be 30 kilos lighter, 200 millimeters shorter, and 100 millimeters narrower. With many fans calling for a narrower car, this is how the internet reacted to the announcement.

The smaller cars will be nice! Not sure how I feel about P2P instead of DRS. But I hope it works. It should help cerebral drivers and good pit wall strategy.

Ultimately I couldn't care about how the cars look as long as the racing is better
