Brundle saw 'flawless Verstappen' in very painful weekend for Perez

Max Verstappen has won the Canadian Grand Prix - his 60th victory in Formula 1. In a difficult weekend for Red Bull, Martin Brundle speaks to Sky Sports of a very painful weekend for Sergio Perez, who did not cross the finish line on Sunday. 

In any case, the three-time world champion impressed Brundle. "Despite all the challenges with the weather, other drivers and safety cars, Verstappen drove flawlessly to yet his 60th victory in Formula 1. Disastrous weekend for Perez

Perez, on the other hand, had a disastrous weekend. The Mexican driver only qualified 16th and during the race itself on Sunday, he even crashed out. He had to come into the pits because of a broken rear end of the RB20, ending of the weekend for the driver from Guadalajara early. 

Verstappen's good weekend puts Perez's weekend even more in perspective, the analyst believes. "That made Sergio Perez's dismal weekend in the other Red Bull even worse. He qualified badly, had an incident with his front wing in turn two, didn't get much further and then he was done. Ouch," Brundle wrote about Perez's weekend.
