Charles Leclerc will not be penalised for a strange incident at the end of FP3. So, although the stewards acknowledge that the Monegasque drove into Lando Norris, he will not receive a grid penalty for it. It remains a reprimand.

Ferrari driver Leclerc was still on a fast lap in the final seconds of the third free session while Norris was doing a run-out lap. The moment Leclerc wanted to pass the Briton, the Monegasque felt he was being held up. Thereupon, he drove past Norris on the right, only to make contact with the McLaren's front wing with a small steering movement.

The stewards immediately announced that Leclerc had to report after the end of the session. At 1:15, he and Lando Norris were present in their office to explain the incident. So it has since been decided that Leclerc will not receive a penalty.
