Max Verstappen caused the first red flag during the first free practice session. Another engine problem for the Red Bull driver, who stalled on the straight. With the engine problems Verstappen has already had this season, this could affect the rest of his weekend.

Max Verstappen already will have to take a grid penalty at some point this season. Christian Horner previously called it inevitable that this would happen. In Austria, there was another problem with the engine. After causing a red flag on the straight, Verstappen rolled back into the pit lane and came out again. The problem seems to be solved for now, but again, reliability problems with the Honda engine have hurt the Red Bull team.
