Repairs complete on McLaren hospitality unit

Not for the first time this season, McLaren experienced an issue with their hospitality unit. The British team had a fire in Spain, which was repaired. But then in Hungary, the roof of the McLaren hospitality unit was damaged in the heavy rain. The repairs have been complete and the unit is in full use for the Belgian Grand Prix weekend.

The weather in Budapest was severe ahead of the Grand Prix weekend. Huge showers flooded parts of the paddock, and thunderstorms destroyed the roof of McLaren's hospitality.

The hospitality unit was out of use in Hungary, but the issues will not impact a second Grand Prix weekend. The British team have completed the repairs and the unit is fully functioning again.

Alpine bring new unit to Belgium

Alpine has also updated their hospitality unit. In fact, they introduced a brand new one for the Belgian Grand Prix weekend. The old one, which was originally used by Toyota, has been replaced by something that looks much more modern.
