Will teams be able to practice in the rain?

Saturday is predicted to be a rainy day at the Spa-Francorchamps track. According to Weather.com, rain is scheduled to arrive during FP3, that will be important, as there is a 83% chance of rain in qualifying. Moreover, Friday's FP1 and FP2 were run in dry conditions. Then, once rain hits the track, it could be a risky guessing game for the teams, as they will have the chance to fine tune their setups for the afternoon, but a crash can also prove to be costly.

On Friday, it was Max Verstappen who first set the pace in FP1, and then Lando Norris retook the lead in the afternoon during FP2. The Dutchman will also have a 10-place grid penalty for Sunday. Could McLaren keep their newly found lead on Saturday in the Ardennes?
