Red Bull advisor, Dr Helmut Marko is not satisfied after the Belgian Grand Prix. At the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez grabbed P5 and P8, but Marko had expected more from the race. Afterwards, the Austrian reacted.

"We are slightly disappointed, we expected more from it. But overtaking was difficult. In the middle sector, you couldn't hold on because you had destroyed your front tyres. It's incredible what George did with the old tyres. Max did damage control by even finishing ahead of Norris and that was good," Marko revealed to Sky.

Mercedes picked up a 1-2 finish for the first time since Brazil 2022. George Russell won the race ahead of his teammate Lewis Hamilton after an excellent strategy. Perez was overtaken by Russell in the standings as a result.
