Charles Leclerc is enthusiastic about the changes at Ferrari since Frederic Vasseur took over. In an interview with Motorsport.com, the Monegasque praised the team's new approach.

Frederic Vasseur has been team boss at Ferrari since 2023. Since his appointment, the Frenchman has made many changes to the Italian team, including the signing of seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton for 2025. During this season, Enrico Cardile, Ferrari's technical director, announced his departure from the team, as he moves to Aston Martin for 2025.

In his place, Vasseur picked up the role. Asked how he viewed this move, Leclerc said: "I think my role is to give my best on the track. Then, obviously, I try to have a clear picture of what is happening within the team, but I always have 200% faith in Fred’s work, I don’t think he will remain technical director for long!" He added: "I trust him completely, I am sure he will manage the situation in the best possible way, and I am also fully confident that there will be no negative influences on the team. It is always about the group, not so much about one person in particular."
