Lando Norris secured his fourth pole position for car four yesterday by over three-tenths. The Brit is accompanied on the front row by home hero Max Verstappen, who has won the last three Dutch Grand Prix consecutively. A few hours before the race begins, Norris reveals his final thoughts, admitting he remains 'wary' of Verstappen in second place.

"The team has done an amazing job of bringing the upgrades for this weekend and definitely played a big part in our performance yesterday, so hats off to to the whole team," the polesitter began in the driver's parade. "But today is a big job. So I was very happy with yesterday, There were some very nice laps that I put in, but they set us up well for today."

Can Norris hold on? 'Max is Max and Red Bull is Red Bull'

When asked by journalist Will Buxton about the threat of the Dutchman behind, Norris said: "Always wary where where Max is on the grid. So I don't know. I'm looking forward to it. I think we're confident we've got a good pace. but Max is Max and Red Bull is Red Bull. You know they're gonna be there till the end, so we have to keep our heads down, keep pushing all the way through. And hopefully, it's an exciting one to watch for everyone." He concluded.

The McLaren driver is looking to secure his second Grand Prix victory in Formula 1. In doing so, he will begin cutting into Verstappen's 78-point world championship lead. Norris's teammate Piastri sits in third place on the grid, and Sergio Perez starts from fifth.
