Max Verstappen was deeply frustrated after the Italian Grand Prix. As in Zandvoort, the team could not muster anything against McLaren. During the race in Monza, two Ferraris and one Mercedes even finished ahead of Verstappen. Both the drivers' and constructors' championships are not realistic at the moment, according to the Dutchman. For that reason, the statement after the Italian Grand Prix is: 'The world titles for Verstappen and Red Bull Racing are no longer realistic'.

Are the titles unrealistic for Red Bull Racing and Verstappen?

After a great start to the season, Verstappen built a huge lead over Lando Norris. In Miami came the first real setback. Norris won the race around the Hard Rock Stadium.

Since then, Verstappen has increasingly been seen struggling. Despite that, he still won the Grands Prix of Spain and Canada, but then things went wrong. Indeed, the six races that followed were not won. The car is no longer fast enough to compete for wins, which is why Verstappen already noted that both the drivers' and constructors' titles are unrealistic at the moment.

Do you think the world title in for both Max Verstappen and Red Bull Racing is no longer realistic. Let us know via the poll below, and also share your opinion in the comments section!
