Logan Sargeant was replaced by Williams after the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort. At Monza, Franco Colapinto made his F1 debut. The Argentine, who finished 12th, is Alexander Albon's new teammate for the rest of the season. But for a moment, that was forgotten about in Baku.

The Formula One circus is descending on Baku this coming weekend. However, one of the flags to promote the Grand Prix still shows Logan Sargeant's name and photo. Apparently, the organisers in Azerbaijan were still counting on Sargeant's arrival, or Colapinto's flag was not yet ready.

Sargeant eventually made 37 appearances in Formula 1, in which he scored just one point. That was last year at the United States Grand Prix. He finished 10th in that race, aided by two disqualifications.
