Toto Wolff believes Lewis Hamilton, who will leave his team Mercedes after more than a decade with them, will do well at Ferrari. The principal thinks Hamilton will be able to adapt well and quickly to the Italian team's culture, he told Motorsport.com.

Ahead of the current F1 season, it was announced that Lewis Hamilton will join Charles Leclerc at Ferrari. In Maranello, the seven-time world champion will once again work with Frederic Vasseur. The two have previously celebrated Hamilton's GP2 title together in 2006. The Briton's current team principal, Toto Wolff believes Hamilton will be successful at his new team, and will adapt very quicklx.

Wolff: 'Hamilton and Ferrari will find a way'

"I think many people say that it's going to be really difficult. But I think if you say it's going to be really difficult, then often it's the opposite. Ferrari is a great team, great people, lots of emotion and passion and therefore it's pressure. But I believe they are going to find a way of working with each other," the Austrian CEO and team principal explained.

At Mercedes, Andrea Kimi Antonelli will replace the British driver, it was announced during this year's Italian Grand Prix. The 18-year-old will graduate from Formula 2 this season, where he competed for Prema Racing.
